Complaints & Escalation Process

In order to improve and maintain our services, we are happy to receive your feedback, based on which we may make certain amendments to our systems and processes.
If you wish to make a complaint about a service you have received, please send an email to hello@procredible.co.uk including as much detail from the issue you have. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve any issues within 3 business days.

Key Terms

We offer domain name registration for each client. The price will vary depending on the chosen domain name.

Subject to our terms of business, we will transfer any domain names relating to you on termination of your contract with us for a small administrative fee of £29 + VAT per domain. Should you not request in writing for your domain name to be transferred to you at the end of your contract term then it will be allowed to expire.

If you change your mind and you do wish to renew your domain name and continue your services with us, you will have all the way up until 60 days after the domain has expired to contact us to renew your domain name and continue your services with us.

So we can keep website costs low we use software to construct a website, this means that the website will only work while on our system, remains the property of The Company and is ‘rented’ to the Client on agreed terms.

For a website to remain live and accessible to the Client and internet visitors, their account must not be in arrears and paid in advance. Failure to pay may result in your website not longer being accessible until payment has been made.

Is a website package is cancelled you change your mind and you do wish to renew your website package and continue your services with us, you will have all the way up until 30 days after the package has expired to contact us to renew your website package and continue your services with us. New packages can only been restarted with current or previous Clients after 3 years of the original start date.
